Overview

DTalky ("The Talky") is a personal AI assistant for your chat accounts — Discord, WhatsApp, and Telegram. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

Information we collect

• Discord account data — OAuth user ID, username, email (if shared), avatar for authentication.
• WhatsApp session data — Encrypted session bundle when you pair WhatsApp; used only to sync and reply in chats you connect.
• Connection data — Encrypted user tokens when you enable Discord replies; only for channels you connect.
• App usage — Channel and chat IDs, personas, quotas, plan status, messages needed to generate replies.
• Payment data — Processed by Stripe; we store customer/subscription IDs only.

How we use information

• Operate your dashboard and send replies you enable
• Enforce plan limits and process billing
• Improve reliability and prevent abuse

We do not sell your personal information.
